Personalized Coaching
Our most personalized coaching service for individuals or couples offers weekly time with Denise to explore challenges and work towards goals. Engaging in ten to twelve sessions usually results in desired outcomes.

Parent Education & Workshops
Parent Education & Workshops help parent organizations, community groups, and schools keep abreast on parenting topics. Denise offers varied subject-content sessions including the importance of creating boundaries and routines, how to best manage screen time, creating a media literate home, and parent styles.
50 minute session | Pricing based on content
Small Group Coaching
Small Group Coaching is offered for groups of 4 to 6 people with common interests on which they want guidance. Common topics include building better relationships with your children, managing use of screen time, and creating boundaries. Other topics may be addressed based on the group’s interests.
Fees per session are dependent on group size.
Coaching Exploration
Our introductory experience begins with Coaching Exploration, an opportunity to engage in reflective exercises and meet with Denise for a 30 minute session. Paired with Coaching Exploration, you will choose one of our Top 3 areas to explore: creating routines and boundaries, managing screen use, or building relationships. During this exploration, you will meet with Denise again for a 30 minute session and discuss progress, which will help you decide next steps.
